The wines of Inspiration Day Stockholm 2025
On Monday, 10 November, Star Wine List hosted its inaugural Inspiration Day event in Stockholm, Sweden. Alongside headline speakers Jancis Robinson MW and Andreas Rosendal MS, wine lovers assembled to talk, learn, swap ideas and, naturally, taste a variety of interesting wines. These are all the bottles poured on the day.
Star Wine List’s Inspiration Day was held at Stockholm’s Skyddsrummet, on the water’s edge in Södermalm this week. The first event of its kind, the day comprised two main components: a roster of impressive speakers sharing their wisdom and insights, and a walk-around tasting provided by a selection of esteemed partners. The latter gave guests (who included professionals from the wine and hospitality industries, and wine enthusiasts) an informal opportunity to sample everything from legendary Champagne producers (Möet Hennessy Wine Estates brought the latest Krug release, the Grande Cuvée Edition 173), to lesser-known domestic producers (we had a shared table featuring two Swedish wineries, Kullabergs Vingård and Särtshöga Vingård) and everything in between.
