Close to République (11th arrondissement), Vantre opened its doors in September 2016 under the direction of Marco Pelletier. After several years of studies in civil engineering, the Canadian sommelier left everything to follow his passion for wine. A few years later, the roads led him to the head of Taillevent and the famous Hotel Bristol Paris. After 18 years he launched his own bistro with great food and a serious wine cellar. Today, Vantre holds no less than 18,000 bottles under 4000 references - not all of them listed. The leitmotif? For Marco, the main thing was to create an Embassy of wine, destined for all with a real atmosphere of conviviality.
