About THE LISBETH
Owned by André Stolle, THE LISBETH is located in the famous Deichstraße – a street with old houses and lots of history – and was awarded its first Michelin star in 2024.
Stolle celebrates traditional north German cuisine with modern interpretations of classic dishes, mainly sourcing his ingredients from local farms and producers.
The wine list is compact but very well selected, with around 100 labels from all over the wine-producing world. There is very good food and wine pairing here.
