Ristoro di Lamole

Since taking over in 1992, Filippo Masini and Paolo di Mantovanelli have created one of the region's most enjoyable and constantly top-notch eating experiences. We are in the tiny village of Lamole, one of the eleven new subzones in Chianti Classico, where vines grow on steep terraces 500 meters above sea level. To get here, you must drive on a winding narrow road, and it will be difficult not to admire the stunning view over the Tuscan hills instead of watching the next turn.

At Ristoro di Lamole, you can try most of the wines made by the eleven villages in Chianti Classico, also with an interesting list of back vintages. The wine list includes 700 labels, primarily wines from Tuscany but also with an exciting selection from other parts of Italy.
