Restaurant Grim

Close to the lakes of Copenhagen, on Ryesgade 65, you will find Restaurant Grim – a cosy and rustic fine-dining restaurant with a set menu inspired by new Nordic cuisine.

Owner and head chef Casper sources vegetables and meat from his parents’ farm in the western part of Denmark, also serving game when it’s in season.

The wine list focuses primarily on French and German wines, with a few selections from other countries. It is short and carefully curated to match the food. The wine pairing emphasises dry wines and therefore does not include dessert wine. Casper has tasted all the wines on the list and, if you ask, he will be happy to help you find a wine suited to your preferences.
