About Muga
Muga is located in Poznań and has long been one of the best fine dining restaurants in Poland. Since 2023, it has also held a Michelin star. The kitchen is managed by Artur Skotarczyk, who was named Regional Chef of the Year by Gault&Millau in 2016.
There are degustation menus to choose from, with a regular or vegan option, each available in two versions. The cooking style is light and unpretentious, yet always focused on concentrated, clearly defined flavours. Skotarczyk uses a variety of ingredients, blending influences from both European and Asian cuisines.
About the Muga Wine List
The wine selection is extensive with about 500 options, many classic European wines, including ready-to-drink vintages, as well as a broad range of producers within each specific style. There are many renowned names from Champagne and Burgundy, and a wide selection of German, Austrian, Italian, and Spanish wines – everything you could want, no matter who you’re dining with. The prices are also very reasonable, which is not the standard in fine dining.
