Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin definitely is one of the very great sommeliers in the country. With her extensive knowledge as well as her empathic approach towards her guests, she always creates a great atmosphere around the food of her husband Sven Wassmer, who is awarded with 2 Michelin stars.
The wine menu encompasses wine regions all over the world and one can find very rare jewels as well – a wine menu that makes the guest visiting the restaurant not only because of the food but also for a great match in the glass.
