But don’t be fooled by its casual vibe – the wine selection here is truly impressive. It’s remarkably diverse, so you can be confident you’ll find something that perfectly suits your taste, and particularly strong in wines with an organic, biodynamic, and natural focus.

What stands out even more are their rosé, orange, and white wine selections from European countries such as France, Germany, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. While France and Italy already hold a strong position in Vietnam’s wine market, the other countries remain relatively unfamiliar to most Vietnamese consumers and their usual wine-drinking habits.

There is clear intention behind this direction. It makes perfect sense when paired with Chef Duy’s cuisine – Vietnamese fusion that is flexible and creative in execution, yet still preserves the essence of Vietnamese gastronomy: diverse yet rustic, bold yet refined, innovative yet comfortingly familiar.
