Originally from Hue, in central Vietnam, Trân Thi Dung Trâm is a sommelier and wine educator working in Hanoi. She credits her family and beautiful hometown with inspiring her love of food and wine, choosing to become a sommelier in 2016. With experience at some of the finest restaurants in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Trâm is currently sommelier and restaurant manager at Chapter Dining, in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
Trâm holds the WSET Level 3 Awards in both wine and sake, the ASI Certification 2, is a Certified Sake Sommelier, and has apprenticed in Burgundy. She was named Best Sommelier in Vietnam 2024 and is a brand ambassador for Lucaris Crystal. She has been a WSET educator since 2019.
