About MAD Wine Bar & Eatery
Danish sommelier couple Camilla and Casper, both chefs and wine lovers, have long made their mark on Saigon’s food and drink world. Accompanying them and managing MAD Wine Bar is Mary Vu, who also has extensive wine knowledge, and so the wine list will not disappoint – there is a diverse and regularly updated selection by the glass and by the bottle.
The open, casual garden space is suitable for gatherings with friends after work, at weekends, or even on dates.
