It only took Les Cadets a few months to earn their first Michelin star and build a wine selection worthy of their excellent cuisine. Conveniently located just off the Place Viarme – surrounded by quintessentially French bookshops, delicatessens and antique stores – the restaurant attracts a broad mix of guests, young and old alike, all drawn by the humble, minimalist precision of the place and its clever cooking. The wine list highlights future-classic vignerons from all key regions of France, with plenty of room for local rising stars. It’s ingeniously curated, each cuvée offering a distinct perspective on its appellation and at various price points.
