Köksbaren in Umeå is a gastro bar where the menu follows the seasons and the produce is mostly locally sourced. The wine list at Köksbaren offers both well known wine houses and smaller producers from wine regions like Bordeaux, Loire, Burgundy and Piedmont. But there is also room for new world countries like USA, South Africa and New Zealand on the wine list.
