About Graft Wine and Food
Owner Tommy Chan, originally from Hong Kong, has been passionate about wine for over 20 years. In 2023, he opened Graft wine bar – a name with deep significance. In the nineteenth century, European vineyards faced devastation from pests, until grafting with American rootstocks brought new resilience. Growing up in Hong Kong, Tommy hopes that, like those vines, he too will flourish and find renewal in Taiwan.
At Graft, you’ll discover a thoughtfully-curated selection of high-quality wines in a variety of styles, many available by the glass. The space is adorned with elegant, understated furnishings and design details, creating a refined atmosphere.
