The Restaurant is a great Italian restaurant located close to the Beitou Hot Springs area in Taipei. It is managed by the well-known Relais & Châteaux boutique hotel group Villa 32. Here you will get a perfect experience of the natural hot spring bath, as well as outstanding Italian cuisine by chef Jimmy Chen together with excellent wines, mostly from France.

The wines on the list are carefully handpicked, with a wide range of choices in all price levels. There's a focus on French wine, but you'll also find some great wines from around the world, and they sometimes have a section of the wine list dedicated to a featured winery; It is great to be able to taste a variety of wines, cuvees and vintages from one single winery, such as seven different vintages of Pétrus. This place is an absolute must-visit for wine connoisseurs.
