About Ad Astra
Ad Astra is one of Taipei's most highly anticipated beverage-pairing restaurants. Chef Kevin Rose decided at the age of 12 to pursue a career as a chef, dreaming of one day owning his own restaurant. He later joined New York’s prestigious then three-Michelin-starred Daniel restaurant under renowned chef Daniel Boulud, and subsequently served as sous chef at the two-star Atera in New York.
Within just ten months of opening, Ad Astra earned its first Michelin star in the 2023 Taiwan Michelin Guide – a recognition that speaks to chef Kevin’s culinary expertise and the restaurant’s refined beverage pairings.
