Elēno is a sleek and modern fine-dining restaurant situated on the main boulevard of Vilnius. Run by chef-owner Martynas Meidus, this ambitious gastronomy venue delivers precise and sophisticated dishes based on French and Japanese cuisines.
The wine list is on the short side but is built with great care and attention. The Champagne section covers some of the best-known names in the region (both small and big) with great selection by the glass. Other wine options come mostly from traditional regions and benchmark producers but, despite a limited size, the list manages to cover a diversity of styles and countries. It matches the overall feel and concept of the restaurant, which is a must-visit place for those who love fine, minimalistic classics with a modern touch.
