HeJi Wine List
About HeJi
HeJi is a luxurious Far East-inspired project in the city centre of Vilnius. The venue incorporates a Champagne and seafood bar, cocktail bar, fine-dining restaurant and rooftop terrace under one roof. All of these are bound together by the same idea of combining Western and Asian gastronomic and cultural influences.
The wine programme is run by Martynas Pravilonis, multiple Lithuania and Baltic sommelier champion, and Star Wine List’s ambassador. The wine selection is large.
Owing to the venue’s Champagne and seafood bar, there is, understandably, a strong focus on Champagne and one can choose from around 100 different labels representing both grandes marques as well as quality growers. Another important part of the wine list is sake, the selection of which is constantly growing.
Overall, the HeJi wine list has been built to showcase the best producers and up-and-coming stars from around the world, in a variety of styles and price levels.
The by-the-glass programme is designed to compliment the menu and changes together with the chef’s creations. Guests who choose to experience the tasting menu can select one out of five different pairings.
The main HeJi restaurant offers à la carte menu and tasting menus, while you’ll find seafood in the Champagne bar and a more casual yakitori menu up on the rooftop terrace.
