Sommelier Sören and his lovely wife Gianna opened this beautiful place in the heart of Herford in 2023.

The wine list mainly features sustainable farming producers from Germany and the rest of Europe – from small yet unknown vintners to established classics. Their by-the-glass list is also very well selected. Sören will find you the right sip to match their tasty charcuterie board or some canned sardines.

1575 works with some superb local producers, including organic bakery and vegetable farmers, and also has a little wine shop. You will have a great time in this feel-good place!
