Champagne Hostomme is coming to Convivial on 7 May, from 6PM to 10PM — with winemaker Laurent Hostomme, alongside Sarah de la Torre, for the evening.

Six Champagnes, each showing a different side of Hostomme — from a structured saignée rosé to Grand Cru Chardonnay, vintage no-dosage wines, and even one aged beneath the sea.
