This restaurant has existed for quite some time, launched by a wine aficionado who used to buy lots of wine and deliberately stock large quantities so that, nowadays, you can savour it at its finest! The restaurant has now changed hands to his son, who has the same wine passion, plus a cooking background. Expect great, traditional Portuguese food with some clear twists.

The list mostly focuses on Portuguese wines, embracing the most famous names but also seeking more under-the-radar producers. Probably one of the biggest lists in the region, the Champagnes are also worth a mention. The glassware is very good and the service complements the whole restaurant experience.

Located in a vibrant part of Lagos, the ancient building has been restored to give a contemporary feel. The only concern is the parking.
