In a region where venues are valued for their sea views, this Michelin-starred restaurant offers a landscape view from the highest point in the Algarve. A project created with great care by sommelier – and owner – Nuno Diogo, who is very proud of the wine pairings he crafts and to which he dedicates a lot of time. A very creative cuisine is paired to some extremely out-of-the box wines that are usually hard to match, but he makes it happen! The wine list has a great balance between newer and aged wines, between Portuguese and international.
