Ex Sommeliere at St Johns in London, Cate Gowers, got to know Vadim at Mrs Robinson’s in Berlin, and they decided to open Otto together. An incredible and formidable host, Cate has crafted an essentially natural wine list. This combination is the essence of the restaurant and the “new cuisine” genre of Berlin.
