About Gastón Wine Bar
Gastón is a wine bar that makes wine a party. Hence the slogan: “vinos y rolitas”. Gastón seeks to take the formality out of wine, grow the community and above all give a voice and a face to those small winemakers who live – and are changing – the industry today.
In the wine list you’ll find references from all over the wine-producing world. They focus on those who live in the countryside and are guilty of producing wines that are proud of their origin and will blow your mind.
This is a relaxed and fun place where you will always find a good wine for you, with most on the list produced in organic or biodynamic vineyards.
