About FARM
FARM (“Feast Against Routine Meals”) is a new restaurant and natural wine bar that has opened inside Fabrika (ფაბრიკა), one of Tbilisi’s most creative and culturally vibrant spaces.
Located in the heart of the historic courtyard, FARM brings together a thoughtful selection of local and international natural wines alongside seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes. The concept celebrates low-intervention winemaking, small producers, and wines that express authenticity and place – from Georgian qvevri amber wines to fresh European pét-nats and experimental bottlings from emerging regions.
The food menu is built around sharing, comfort, and clean flavours – designed to pair beautifully with natural wines. Expect plates that highlight freshness, fermentation, texture, and balance. It’s a space where wine and food speak the same language.
For many, Fabrika holds memories. Before becoming the cultural hub it is today, it once functioned as a Soviet sewing factory, later transforming into a hotel, hostel, studios, cafés, and bars. For visitors who first came to Tbilisi years ago, they will recognise the space that FARM now occupies as the hotel breakfast room, adding a layer of nostalgia to the experience.
FARM Tbilisi feels relaxed yet curated. It’s ideal for casual wine evenings, discovering new natural producers, sharing plates with friends, and experiencing contemporary Tbilisi wine culture. It represents the evolving face of Georgia’s wine scene – open, experimental, international, yet deeply rooted in local tradition.
