About Dashi
Dashi in Vasastan may be Japanese and have a crew from Sushi Sho and other great places, but it is not a sushi place. It is an “osusume” tasting-menu restaurant with excellent small dishes and bites, which have earned the team a Michelin star. Beverage-wise, sake is king and we recommend trying this pairing, but the wine list is well-chosen too, showing a good mix of wines from not only France but also the rest of the world.
