About Bisou
Bisou is located in a small sub-soi, right next to the other Star Wine List venue Inddee. The restaurant is a fun and informal French bistro, but the guys behind it take both food, wine and service seriously. The food is playful and fun French classics with a twist and perfect to share for large groups as well as intimate dates.
The atmosphere is another key selling point of this restaurant. It manages to create a buzzing and lively dining experience, often turning into a party later in the evening. A feat that is rarely seen in the Bangkok dining scene.
The wine list at Bisou is made by partner and sommelier Theo Lavergne and is concise, French-focused and well-curated. The focus is on the classic appellations of France with some more esoteric bottles thrown in, ensuring that there is a great bottle for every preference.
A special mention should go to Theo’s wine service which hits a great balance between being professional and knowledgeable while informal and relaxed.
