About Au Jardin
A French-inspired fine dining you shouldn't miss during your visit to Penang. Au Jardin means "In the Garden" and was established in 2018 with the clear purpose of making the guests feel the natural beauty and tranquillity permeating every corner of the establishment. Chef Su Kim Hock is dedicated and now leading the team in presenting the full flavour potential of every ingredient that they use during the guests' culinary journey in the restaurant, along with General Manager and Sommelier Belinda Boey.
Au Jardin not only shows commitment to the cuisine but also to the beverage experience as they have an interesting wine list that offers wines from great producers; mainly France, Spain and Italy, but also some from the New World ranging in style from classic to low intervention.
I have always been a fan of the Smoked Lamb Tartare (even though I am not a fan of lamb) as well as their Aged Duck which never disappoints me.
