They are quite simple but tasty. When you walk into Le Bouchon, your attention is immediately captivated by a four-meter tall cellar storing more than 1,000 labels. With an advantage of profound relationships with wine suppliers from the sommelier founders, Le Bouchon easily has one of the best wine selections in town – you can find many rare bottles of Burgundy and Champagne. If you go there by yourself and would like to try different things, they do have an extensive wine-by-the-glass selection and they change it regularly.
