Star Wine List of the Year Sweden 2026
Sweden is where Star Wine List started, and in 2026 we will host our eighth Star Wine List of the Year competition for restaurants and bars across the country.
Star Wine List of the Year Sweden will be held on 2 March 2026 at The Winery Hotel in Solna, just outside Stockholm. We look forward to welcoming our finalists to this invitation-only awards event – they will be announced on 29 January.

All restaurants and wine bars in Sweden.

How are the awards judged?
A panel of top sommeliers and wine experts assess all wine lists entered. More details on this competition’s jury is below.
What if I’m shortlisted?
We will invite you to our awards ceremony to announce the Gold Star winners.
What if I win?
You will receive a Gold Star in the form of a physical certificate and digital badges. Winners in our international categories will automatically be entered into the Star Wine List of the Year International Final, in June 2026.
