Restaurant Zuid by Adrian Zarzo

Adrian Zarzo is known to be an amazing all-rounder, both chef and sommelier, both winelover and entrepreneur. His restyled restaurant Zuid (formerly known as Sun) is warm and bistro-like – at the higher end of the bistro spectrum – serving comfortable dishes either to share or just enjoy for yourself. Snacks or à la carte – everything is possible. There are definitely some Spanish influences here and there as, after all, Zarzo has Valencian roots, along with classic French traditions mixed with modern Asian ingredients.

The wine list has much to offer, with a focus on old Europe and specifically Burgundy, Adrian’s biggest love. There is plenty to choose here. And a big plus is the nice outside terrace (weather permitting).
