World Famous chef Guy Savoy has had this restaurant in the Caesars Palace hotel for almost 20 years, and this is one of those meals where you make it your night – no shows to rush to or clubs to enjoy until the sun comes up! Just enjoy the multiple courses and the exceptional service. The dining room is quiet and elegant, accented by stark pressed white linens.

A myriad of carts from bread to Champagne, mignardises and Cognac, are all wheeled table-side to entice you. Each of these niceties is not only well thought out, but also changes frequently. A single trip for dinner may set you back $700 USD per person, so come prepared for an experience that will dent your wallet, yet leave you calmly satisfied.

Always lauded as one of the finest wine lists this city has to offer, the beverage program has been long awarded for its excellence. However, for such a formidable collection, the selection and pricing is relatively affordable. Since the chef is famous for his French cuisine, a very large portion of the list focuses on France – literally hundreds of options exist in any category. Champagne? Hundreds of options. Bordeaux… Hundreds. Burgundy… Hundreds. If you can’t find something to drink here, Las Vegas does have some wonderful cocktail bars with no wine at all.

Any wine lover is well served enjoying a bottle at Guy Savoy. They do not have a salon or other location to have just a bottle before dinner or a show, however, you will want to enjoy the multi-course experience and hopefully indulge the sommelier staff in a wine pairing exercise.
