Bouchon Las Vegas Wine List
About Bouchon Las Vegas
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of The Venetian hotel and casino, but within a five-minute walk from the parking garage, Thomas Keller’s classic bakery is worth a visit. The ambiance transports one to a traditional French bistro. Blue and white are certainly themes and the tables are elegantly adorned but built for speed. You can linger over the menu, as the chef always has seasonal items to support the classics, but your go-to choices will be the baguette with house-made butter and the roast chicken. Always amazing. Plus, the flavours allow almost any wine choice to pair perfectly. The service is less formal as it is a bistro in style, but you will get the genuine hospitality that this group is known for. You can opt to sit in the bar area or reserve a table in the dining room. If you want to do it right, arrive for an early brunch seating on the weekend, order a pastry basket, get settled for a three-hour meal and hang out.
The wine list pricing is classic for the Strip. You may be one of the lucky gamblers who won big in the casino – and Bouchon’s team has plenty of options to help you spend that money, with big mark-ups on eminent regions like Bordeaux, Burgundy and California. Don’t fret however, since the numerous options on the list will give you time to search for a great bottle to enjoy, with some off-the-beaten-path whites and reds of excellent value, and particularly good selections from Alsace, Beaujolais and Southern Rhone, which also fit the cuisine well.
