It’s hard to overlook the fact that this wine list can rival any of those in every major city in the world. If only everyone knew about it. Located in the Red Rock Casino, one of the many Station Casinos properties, this above-average steakhouse is worth a visit. The menu is classic and every dish will have a companion on the wine list. T-Bone honourably focuses on the ‘local’ experience, though that is not to say it focuses on the well known and easily accessible.

The restaurant tailors to the well-heeled and the experience-minded. When you dine here, you can get a taste of old Vegas. The dining room has employed scores of experienced chefs and sommeliers over the years. This is due to the ownership’s focus on quality above all else.

First thing to note are the big bottle offerings, at six-litre bottles and larger. It’s not only the sizes that are of note, but the names: Opus One, Frank Family and many others have sent bottles marked “family only” to Wine Director Harley Carbery to pour for his guests. Thanks to the relationships the team has cultivated, you can easily find the rarest and hardest-to-get bottles here. A worldly wine list is available to cover whichever flavour you prefer on the night.
