About Vintner Grill

This has to be one of the most unique restaurants in all of Las Vegas for location alone. While there are those restaurants on man-made lakes and on top of huge casino towers, this one is located in… wait for it… a business park. And one so non-descript that you may wonder if you took a wrong turn. But once you see a Rolls Royce or Lamborghini parked under a sun shade, you’ll know you’re in the right place.

Long considered the place to be seen in Summerlin, a well-to-do neighbourhood of western Las Vegas, Vintner Grill has been keeping guests happy for decades. The well-adorned interior space transports you easily to a beachside in the Hamptons or a sunny Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Lunch and dinner will both be busy, but the staff is efficient, the food comes out quickly, and tables turn.

An ever-changing menu of seasonal dishes can only be described as worldly, with Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Greek, French and American options. Everyone will find something easy to like here.

Since the restaurant has been operating for decades, with a well-rounded clientele looking for steals and deals as well as splurges, there are lots of options.

While the list isn't the longest in the city, nor highlights older bottles held for years, there are plenty of options. The selections turn over frequently, so if you see something you want to drink, buy it today, as it will likely not be there on your next venture.

Much as the menu can only be described as worldly, so too can the list: it contains a little bit of this and that, from Sardinian Cannonau or Cabernet Franc rosés, to Petite Syrah and Côte-Rôtie. Prices are very fair, considering the location and neighbourhood.

There is no specific sommelier team, as the wine list is managed by the General Manager, but the waiting staff has been well trained and can jump in to help when needed.
