Around 70 % of the cellar is devoted to Burgundy, featuring iconic names as well as carefully chosen growers from the Côte d’Or, Chablis, Mâcon, and Côte Chalonnaise. Bordeaux lovers will find treasures from deuxième crus to premier crus, spanning an impressive range of vintages, all kept in pristine condition. The wine-pairing menus are crafted with precision to make each wine shine, and the by-the-glass selection offers remarkable depth. For curious palates, top Czech and Moravian producers stand confidently beside famous appellations.
