Originally from Montreal, Gabriel Riel-Salvatore has lived in Prague since 2016 and became Star Wine List’s first ambassador for the city in November 2024.
With over 20 years’ experience in the wine industry, Gabriel works as a content creator, editor, translator and a wine judge. He has also worked as a sommelier, consultant and brand ambassador, has experience in photography and digital marketing, and runs a popular website named “Gabi’s Italian Food Blog,” sharing recipes inspired by his upbringing in an Italian family. His insatiable passion for all things food and wine (along with his broad experience) make him an authority in both worlds.
