A full flavour experience is key at Ciel Bleu when it comes to wine. This wine list offers a selection of more than 450 fine wines, all of which the sommelier staff have personally selected, taking international influences and the seasons as their inspiration.

The list displays a great vintage depth,​ and you will need some time to process this book. Vertical offerings from several top producers, such as the third Cru Classé Château Palmer, Margaux, Gaja, and great wines of the Alsace from Trimbach with​ numerous Clos Sainte-Hune. Also an impressive selection of classical regions including Bordeaux and Bourgogne, as well as sought-after New World wines from exquisite winemakers. Take your time.
