Winemakers dinner with future legend Carlo Montanar from A.A. Denis Montanar in Friuli Venezia Giulia

Winemakers dinner on Thuesday 11/11 with Denis Montanar´s son and fourth generation winemaker Carlo. Born in 1999, Carlo has already produced the latest vintages for his father. Located in south-est Friuli they mainly working with grapes as Refosco, Merlot, Verduzzo Friuliano (Tokaij) and Ribolla. Working biodynamic without adding anything and without filtering or clearing before bottling. For this evening we have prepared a tre course meal with inspiration from their region and four different wines are going to be paired. Price: 900 SEK/ person
