Winemakers Dinner - Georg Fusser

Georg Fusser has been producing wines for over 20 years in Niederkirchen, near Deidesheim in the Pfalz region, where he convinced his father to keep their grapes instead of selling them to other producers. Today, he owns around 120 decares of vineyards, mainly planted with Riesling and Pinot Noir, cultivated using traditional methods. Since 2011, he has worked organically and biodynamically, and his wines are now certified organic and spontaneously fermented to enhance depth, complexity, and aging potential. Since 2020, Park Hotel Vossevangen has enjoyed a close collaboration with Fusser, creating their own exclusive wine blends together. On this evening, he will share his journey and winemaking philosophy, and guests will have the opportunity to taste wines of different ages and styles.
