Merold X Kai Schätzel winemaker Dinner

Merold invites on the 15th of February Weingut Schätzel to a winemaker’s dinner under the theme of "regenerative agriculture." In Schätzel's vineyards, Ouessant sheeps graze to cultivate the soil and to support biodiversity. At Merold, Kai & Jule from Weingut Schätzel will present their wines.
We will serve a four-course menu centered around sheep, accompanied by a wine pairing.
The menu, including wine pairing, is available for €118.
