Vilafonté Serie M 2020, 75cl, 135, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Malbec, Vilafonté, Er weist eine große Dichte an roter bis schwarzer Farbe und einen magentafarbenen Rand auf. Verführerische Aromen, von Cranberry und reifer Kirsche gehen fließend in üppige Noten von schwarzer Himbeere, Heidelbeere und subtilem, getrocknetem Thymian über, was auf die Merlot- und Malbec-Komponenten dieser Mischung zurückzuführen ist, Gehobene Rosenblätter, blonder Tabak, Kakao und warme Orangenschale fügen Schichten von Komplexität hinzu. Am, Gaumen ist er geschickt ausbalanciert, mit gleichbleibendem Gewicht und umrahmt von reifen, geschmeidigen, Tanninen und eleganter Säure. Glatt beim Eintritt, dann breiter werdend, um feine satinierte Tannine zu zeigen, die, den Gaumen umhüllen und in einem weichen, runden Abgang von Pflaume, Himbeere und Milchschokolade gipfeln.
