In a narrow, intimate, corridor-like dining room where you perch along a handsome zinc counter adorned with imposing candles, you’ll find one of the most eclectic wine lists on the Right Bank.

At the helm of the wine programme, the talented Jordan Darell curates a dazzling repertoire where Japanese, German and Spanish wines rub shoulders with grand classics from France’s most iconic appellations (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône Valley), alongside older vintages quietly biding their time. A blind-tasting menu is warmly recommended, best paired with an equally unexpected flight of wines by the glass. And Vivant 2 is, without doubt, one of the very few places in Paris where you might be offered a glass of amontillado with your starter.
