What’s more comforting than spicy warming food from the US southern states? Southern food accompanied by great wines. This heartwarming place in Spokane has both, though I guess few would expect dishes inspired by Mississippi and Louisiana in this Northwestern location.

Cheesy grids, shrimps with bacon, pork belly rub, oh my. The atmosphere allows for guests to head to the piano and start playing, bringing an even more embracing atmosphere. A friendly, buzzed place filled with locals.

Oh, and the wines… a lovely array of both US and international wines, with more than the online wine list shows.
