Petition Wine Merchant

Nestled inside the State Buildings, the Petition kitchen and its cellar and bar, Wine Merchant offer a large collection that speaks to both the seasoned connoisseur and the curious explorer.

The shelves are stocked with cult producers, big-name classics, and harder-to-find bottles sitting alongside familiar favourites, with an ever-changing glass selection. Coravin is used to offer premium wines and flights that delve into different styles or varieties, for those eager to deepen their vinous knowledge.

Beyond wine, there is a vast selection of spirits, digestives, and fortified wines to sip and savour.
