About Le Millénaire

Just a few steps from Place du Forum, located behind a demure entrance, you’ll discover an inspiring and stylish restaurant with a contemporary French outlook and seafood slant.

Restaurant partners Benjamin Andreux and Delphine Cornaille form the duo behind Millénaire, one of Reim’s most refined venues and also a local favourite. Chef de Cuisine Benjamin earned his stripes from big-name French gastronomic venues like Yannick Alléno, Stéphanie Le Quellec and Daniel Boulud before cutting his teeth in Champagne as head of the kitchen at La Briqueterie.

On the wine list, Delphine offers his advice. Naturally, Champagne and Burgundy command the stage. For a little fun, choose a “blind” menu spanning four, five or seven courses, where the sommelier will delight in serving a paired wine.

The partnership is clearly a success. Attention to detail between food and wine is clear, the presentation is precise (though never intimidating) and the staff members are some of the friendliest you’ll meet.
