In Taichung, near the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Le Côte LM proffers perfect experiences in wine and food pairing, synergizing outstanding French cuisine by Chef Lanshu Chen with excellent wines, mostly from France. You can rely on Chef Chen and work with one of Taiwan’s most experienced sommeliers, Mark Lin, for a complete dining experience second to none.

The robust wine list at Le Côte LM features choices at all price points, and although it has the inevitable focus is on French wines, the portfolio includes perceptive selections from around the world. Occasionally, a section of the list is dedicated to a featured winery. Wine connoisseurs will enjoy exploring the collection at Le Côte LM, knowing they will find delightful surprises from great producers in Burgundy and Champagne, or perhaps from a boutique winery in Japan.
