About Fumée 拂鸣
Fumée is the brainchild of young entrepreneur David Pan, who is a food and wine enthusiast. With a background in finance, he opened Fumée, a modern Chinese-French fusion restaurant in 2022 to enable him to pursue his love for all things gastronomic. The comprehensive wine list is particularly strong in France, Pan's particular passion, with some reasonably priced offerings.
