Forelle Müller

This restaurant at the lakeside of one of Austria's most beautiful Alpine lakes serves only one menu. A snapshot of the micro-season, concerning plants, herbs, flowers, vegetables and fruits. Hannes Müller loves to dive deep into the ingredients, and his fonds and sauces are fascinating.

The wine list has developed largely during the last few years. It does not only offer wines from Austria's most exciting winemakers but also those from Slovenia and Italy. Monika Müller pairs wine and food at a high-level, never without surprising her guests.
