Bjørnekælderen is a bistro where the food is inspired by French cuisine, but with a new Nordic touch. It's open both for lunch with classic 'smørrebrød' options, and evening service with a select few courses and a set menu. There is a focus on French wine, with Burgundy as the main interest.

The whites feature a small selection of crisp wines from Austria and Germany, as well as some more intense examples from the USA. The red selection offers, besides the Burgundians, a selection from Tuscany, Piedmont and the USA.
