The wine list is the signature of wine lover and sommelier Nadine Mögling. She is always looking for extraordinary wine makers who deliver an optimal value, and she particularly focuses on innovative and unique winemakers. Nadine has a special preference for Europe.
The close co-operation with her partner Jef in the kitchen guarantees perfectly fitting wines for every dish. Therefore, Nadine became the first female sommelier in The Netherlands to be proclaimed Best Wine/Food Specialist of the year by GaultMillau, and she is also busy in several committees to keep her hospitality heart going. But honestly, this is a lovely couple, absolutely great place and a real treat to visit.
